Event Management & Community Engagement:

  • Organized and led 10+ large-scale events annually, attracting 1,000+ Vietnamese students in Singapore to participate in career-building, networking, and cultural events.

Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Led a 50-member organization, setting a long-term vision and strategy

  • Spearheaded structural improvements to enhance operational efficiency, including refining internal workflows, delegation, and long-term event planning.

Sponsorship & Fundraising

  • Successfully secured over SGD 20,000 in sponsorships from businesses and corporate partners in 6 months.

  • Built strong corporate partnerships, negotiating deals (e.g., venue sponsorships, career opportunities for members).

“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”

Throughout the program, I worked closely with students, organizing workshops, mentoring sessions, and one-on-one coaching to help them refine their business ideas.

The most rewarding part was seeing their confidence grow as they pitched their ideas in a final competition, where the best teams won a $1,000 prize to kickstart their ventures. Knowing that I helped these students gain skills that having life-long impact has made this one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever worked on.
